The extra virgin olive oil of our production, is produced exclusively from our olive groves located on the hilly terrain. The oil is extracted from olives Frantoniano, Moraiolo, Olivastro and Pendolino varieties. The squeezing, done at low temperature, is carried out within 24 hours from the moment of manual collection.
The fragrance of our oil is medium fruity of green olive and has a slightly bitter taste with a light spiciness. Excellent for condiments.
